Every order is supervised directly by Technical Team, who deals with customer needs from Sales Manager.
Technical team carries out:
- Feasibility analysis
- Choice of the best printing techniques
- Optimization of raw materials
- Technical project and, if necessary, prototyping
- Realization of clichés and certified monitoring tools
- Direct supervision by TPS managers during printing and refinery process
- Control of the staging and assembly phases
- Design of labels
- Shipping
In all these stages, an intermediate quality control is performed, prior to the final inspection made before shipment
They work in coordination with the Technical Team for the identification and test of new products and new suppliers.
They consider customer requirements mentioned by Business Manager.
They have a continue feedback from suppliers, especially regarding raw materials, to transfer the production data pursuing philosophy of “continuous improvement”.
They deal with:
- Analysis of product characteristics in order to reduce times, costs and performances
- Management of supplies for raw materials in order to handle claims quickly
- Choice of better packaging to guarantee the integrity of product, keeping costs down
- Direct contact with suppliers of raw materials for non-standard products, to identify customer requests
- Monitoring “in itinere” of production times, respecting manufacturing schedule
- Assignment of goods to specialized couriers in different European areas
It works in coordination with Technical Direction and General Management and it transfers them customer needs. Working closely with Technical Team, purchase department and Logistic, it is an up-to-date contact point for customers about all stages of production and shipment.
It takes care of:
- Offers based on customers’ desires
- Passing on technical advices to customer to optimize orders
- Passing on execution projects and reception of approval or modification
- Continue customer’s updating about production cycle.
